We gather information about your announcement by asking you a series of questions directly on Serv.io. You will have the opportunity to specify the type of release you want, upload documents and include URLs to be used as supporting material, provide special instructions, and much more. We even ask about keywords you want inserted.
Our efficient interview system frees you from exhaustive phone interviews and back-and-forth email volleys.
Once you've filled out your information, we route the information to our team of marketing and press release writers. This elite team stands at the pinnacle of our 1000-writer-strong writing team.
You work order quickly gets picked up by one of the writers, and the first draft is generally done within 1 hour of your submission.
However, we don't consider it ready for you at that point. Instead, we route the document to another press release writer, who is responsible for conducting a review. At least 2, and in some cases 3 or 4, writers will work on your press release.
