How fast is your service?

Servio will have your finished results back to you within 24 hours of submission. In most cases, we deliver much more quickly.

What guarantee do I have?

If you're not 100% satisfied with our service, we will redo the work in question, or refund your money for it.

Your services are 40-60% below other services. How can you do that and still deliver quality?

Servio uses next generation technology called Widesourcing to fundamentally re-engineer how work can get done. How do I know the people working on my work are qualified?

Every worker at Servio is tested on their skills and credibility and is constantly graded on every piece of work they submit.

Is it possible to try your service before committing?

You can economically try our services with a small order (we have very low minimums). Keep in mind that we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

How do I pay you?

You can pay using major credit cards or PayPal. If you plan to use an e-check, be sure to allow five to seven (5-7) business days for the e-check to clear. Servio does not begin working on your document until after receiving payment confirmation.

How long do you store my data for? Can I access my data again later if I lose the completed version?

We store your documents automatically for 30 days.

Do you store my credit card info? How do I know your site is safe?

We do not store your credit card data.

Is the material I send you kept confidential?

Your material is only viewed by the credentialed workers on your project. All Servio workers sign an agreement that prohibits them from using this information for any purpose other than carrying out their Servio tasks.

servioEdit will have a fully edited version of your document within 24 hours of submission.

How do I know my editor is qualified?

Every single editor and proofreader at servioEdit has been fully vetted. We individually test each editor to measure their qualification and suitability as an editor and proofreader.

Once editors make it through the initial testing process, their eligibility for editing work is constantly gauged by the rest of the servioEdit community through our proprietary review process. Errors spotted during the review process negatively affect future eligibility, insuring meticulousness by each editor every time.

Does the 24-hour turnaround time include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays?

Yes, servioEdit operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Can I use the same editor every time?

Because we have a 24-hour turnaround on each document, your last editor may be busy or unavailable to work on your document within that period. Rather than create complicated and expensive delays, we will assign your document to another editor. Rest assured, all of our editors are equally qualified and always provide excellent results. Your document, application or paper is guaranteed to return fully edited, or your money back.

Is it just a computer editing my content? I want a human editor.

We know you're not looking for a potentially flawed algorithm when you use an editing service; you want an educated human to check your important documents.

Are my documents kept confidential?

Your documents may only be viewed by credentialed editors and reviewers. All servioEdit editors and reviewers sign an agreement that prohibits them from using the information in your documents for any purpose other than editing and proofreading your work.

Does servioEdit provide fact checking services too?

servioEdit does not edit your document's contents for facts. It is the responsibility of each writer to ensure that all facts are adequately supported and cited. servioEdit will guarantee that your citation markup is correct but not the facts.

Does servioEdit use track-changes?

Yes. servioEdit will provide your edited document with track changes; you can then accept or reject each change or accept-all changes.

What document types does servioEdit accept?

servioEdit currently only accepts MS Word 2000, MS Word 2003, and MS Word 2007.

servioTranslate will have a fully translated version of your document within 48 hours of submission.

How do I know my translator is qualified?

Do you offer distribution?

Servio will begin offering press release distribution services during the second quarter of 2011 (April - June, 2011).

How do you collect the information for my press release?

Servio provides an online interview. We will gather all the important details you need to communicate in just a few minutes. No long phone calls or back and forth emails.

How is the press release delivered to me?

When your press release is complete, Servio will send an email notification. You will then be able to access your press release through your secure Servio account.

Can I get a free sample?

Servio does not offer a free press release service.

Do you provide free revisions?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Servio offers revision services for all press release orders. If you need revisions for whatever reasons, simply email your request to support@serv.io and we will get started immediately.

How do I know the writer is qualified?

Servio individually screens and monitors each writer. All work is also subject to a peer-review system, ensuring high-quality output. In addition to the peer-review system and at no additional cost to you, all press releases are hand-reviewed by a credentialed editor who verifies there are no grammatical or punctuation errors in your release.

Can I conduct the interview over the phone?

Servio does not provide a phone-interview process at this time.

Can I revise my interview after I submit my order?

How much does your service cost?

We charge a flat rate of 8 cents per word, which includes writing, editing, and review. When clients take into account the hidden costs of finding, hiring, managing, reviewing, and administering in-house teams or freelancers they typically find Servio to be a cost-effective way to get the product content they want at the scale they need.

I have thousands of SKUs. Can you handle larger orders?

Servio creates product content for some of the world’s largest e-commerce retailers, including Target. We can easily scale to handle your most demanding content creation needs. If you have a larger project, please contact us to discuss our enterprise services.

I have a specific tone and style on my website. Can you match it?

While we have the ability to write to just about any tone or style for enterprise-level projects, we are still working on the ability for you to specify style and tone in express projects where you upload your product data yourself. In the meantime, if you require a specific tone or style, please contact us to discuss your project.

How do I know the quality of the work will meet my standards?
